Policies


Processing Times:
Our Standard processing times run between 4-6 weeks from order placement to shipping. You can also select a quicker turn around time when choosing your shipping method.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our items, returns are currently not accepted and all sales are final.

Exchanges: 
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size, we'd be happy to exchange your item. 

  • Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping charges due to exchanges.
  • We must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of package delivery. Item must be returned within 14 days of notification. 
  • Due to other orders in progress turnaround time will be 6-8 weeks once the exchanged item is received. 
  • No exchanges allowed on custom orders.

 

Cancellations:
Once orders are placed and approved, they cannot be canceled.
In the case of a duplicate order, please fill out our contact us for assistance. We must be notified of duplicate orders within 24 hours of the order placement.    

Customs and Import Tax:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. 
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact us and we will gladly assist you in contacting the USPS to resolve the issue. 

 

Caring for your Rose & Wesley Pieces


We prewash all fabrics before making our pieces to prevent shrinkage and/or color bleeding however, we do recommend washing your item(s) with a color catcher prior to wearing them. Always wash your handmade pieces by hand or on a gentle cycle in cold water and lay flat to dry. If you must use a dryer you'll want to tumble dry with no heat. 
Cool irons are usually acceptable for wrinkles.
We are not responsible for fabric bleeding, shrinkage, or other mishaps due to laundering.
