This London Fog Latte came about out of desperation. I'm consciously trying to watch my macros and the Tazo Chai that I drink at least once (sometimes twice) a day it excessively high in carbs. I realized that the almond milk I use it pretty low in everything,12 ounces only contains 60 calories, 3 carbs, 5g fat, 2g protein, and 0g of sugar. With that, I figured I'd try a new "hot drink" as an alternative. That's how this sweet recipe came about. As simple as it may be, it's a new favorite for me!
